1. Definitions

"UAE AI House", "we", "us" — UAE AI House, operated by Khurram Badar, United Arab Emirates
"User", "you" — Any person or business using our platform or services
"Services" — All features, tools, and content provided through this platform
"AI Output" — Any analysis, response, or content generated by AI systems on this platform

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Services

UAE AI House provides AI-powered services as described on the platform. Services may include AI chat, data analysis, content generation, monitoring, or other features specific to this platform.

4. Data Ownership

4.1 Your Data

You own your data. All data you provide remains your property. We process it solely to deliver services. Upon request, we will export your data in a standard format and delete our copies within 60 days.

4.2 AI Outputs

AI-generated content produced for you is yours to use for your purposes. We retain no ownership over outputs generated from your data.

4.3 Our IP

The underlying software, algorithms, architecture, interfaces, and branding remain the intellectual property of UAE AI House and Khurram Badar.

5. AI Disclaimer

  Important: AI-generated outputs are decision-support tools, not substitutes for professional advice. AI can produce errors, incomplete analysis, or outdated information. Users must exercise independent judgement before acting on AI outputs, particularly for legal, financial, medical, or regulatory decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free services, our maximum liability is AED 1,000.

6.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs
Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
Data loss resulting from your actions or infrastructure failures

6.3 Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, cyberattacks on infrastructure, or internet outages.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under UAE or international law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
Resell or redistribute our services without written agreement
Use AI systems to generate misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
Overload our systems with automated requests beyond normal use
Provide false information during registration or account creation
Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

8. Payment Terms

If the platform includes paid services:

Prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless stated otherwise
Prices are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT where applicable
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
Refund policy is as stated on the platform for each service

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during use of the platform. This obligation survives termination for 2 years.

10. Termination

Free users may stop using the platform at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
On termination, we will provide data export on request and delete copies within 60 days

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these terms or applicable law. We will indemnify you against claims that our platform infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
Jurisdiction: The courts of Dubai, UAE, shall have exclusive jurisdiction
Mediation first: Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation for 30 days before litigation

13. Modifications

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
